Katie helped us close on our home in another state (mobile notary). She was super friendly and came well prepared with everything printed and ready to sign. As we went along, she explained the different documents we were signing, made sure we signed in the correct places, and kept everything organized. At the end she took all of the documents to overnight to the closing agent. It was incredibly convenient for us and we walked away confident that there were no loose ends.
